1. मंदिर जी सभी गतिविधियां दिगंबर जैन शुद्ध मुनि आम्नाय के सिद्धांतों के अनुसार होंगी।
2. श्री मंदिरजी के गर्भ गृह में केवल शुद्ध कपड़ों में ही प्रवेश करना।
3. श्री मंदिर जी में अभिषेक केवल पुरूष ही कर सकते हैं शुद्ध वस्त्रों में।
4. श्री मंदिर जी में अभिषेक दिन में एक बार होगा सुबह 12 बजे के पहले।
5. अभिषेक सिर्फ प्रासुत जल से होगा, पंचामृत अभिषेक करना प्रतिबंधित हैं।
6. अभिषेक के दौरान ध्यान रखें कि आपके हाथ में अंगूठी, घड़ी, मोबाइल आदि जैसी कोई चीज न हो जो अशुद्धता का कारण है।
7. श्री मंदिरजी में जहाँ तक बने अपने स्वयं के शुद्ध धोती-दुपट्टा का प्रयोग करना, ध्यान रखें धोती-दुपट्टा कटे-फटे, सिले हुए नहीं हो।
8. सभी गुरु, मुनियों का सम्मान करना और निंदा नहीं करना।
9. श्री मंदिर जी में रात में पूजन नहीं करना।
10. श्री मंदिर जी में भगवान के चरणों में केशर लेप नहीं करना, फल फूल नहीं चढ़ाना।
11. पूजन के लिए धुली हुई द्रव्य का ही उपयोग करें, घुनी खराब द्रव्य नहीं चढ़ाएं।
12. श्री मंदिरजी में चढ़ी हुए द्रव्य (निर्माल्य) को खरीदना-बेचना, उपयोग नहीं करना।
13. श्री मंदिरजी में जिनवाणी, शास्त्र को नाभि से नीचे नहीं रखना।
14. श्री मंदिरजी में शास्त्र, जिनवाणी पुनः यथायोग्य स्थान पर रखना।
15. श्री मंदिरजी में शास्त्र, जिनवाणी के पृष्ठ/पेज हाथ में थूक लगाकर नहीं पलटना।
16. श्री मंदिरजी में अमर्यादित वस्त्र पहनकर नहीं आना।
17. श्री मंदिरजी में बिना हाथ पैर धोये प्रवेश नहीं करना।
18. श्री मंदिरजी में चमड़े की कोई भी वस्तु, जूते, चप्पल और मौजे पहनकर नहीं आना।
19. श्री मंदिरजी में लड़ाई, झगड़ा, क्लेश, विसंवाद नहीं करना एवं सांसारिक बातें नहीं करना।
20. श्री मंदिरजी में पटाखे इत्यादि नहीं फोड़ना।
21. बिना हाथ धोये जिनवाणी, शास्त्र व गंधोदक लेना और छूना नहीं।
22. श्री मंदिरजी में शास्त्र, पुस्तक दान एवं किसी भी प्रकार के चित्र लगवाने के लिए पहले कमेटी से अनुमति लेनी होगी।
23. श्री मंदिरजी में किसी भी प्रकार का विरोध प्रदर्शन, धरना इत्यादि करना प्रतिबंधित हैं।

2. सभी सदस्य दिगंबर जैन शुद्ध मुनि आम्नाय के सिद्धांतों को मानेंगे और समर्थन करेंगे।
3. सभी सदस्य वीतरागता का समर्थन करेंगे।
4. सभी सदस्य संस्था के मूल सिद्धांतों का पालन करेंगे।
5. सभी सदस्य श्री मंदिरजी में वीतरागी जिनदेव के अतिरिक्त अन्य किसी देवी देवता की स्थापना एवं पूजन आदि नहीं करेंगे।
6. सभी सदस्य दिशा विदिशा दिग्पालों को नहीं मानेंगे।
7. सभी सदस्य श्री मंदिर जी में प्रत्येक कार्य जिन आगम के अनुसार ही करेंगे।
8. सामाजिक रुप से यदि कोई सदस्य किसी अपराध या व्यसन में लिप्त पाया जाता है तो उसे तत्काल प्रभाव से सदस्यता का त्याग करना होगा।
9. श्री मंदिर के सभी कार्यों को करने की जवाबदारी मुख्य रूप से संस्था के सदस्यों की होगी।
10. श्री मंदिर में स्वाध्याय पाठशाला आदि शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों को प्रमुखता दी जायेगी।
11. सभी सदस्य श्री मंदिर जी में प्रतिमा प्रक्षालन का कार्यभार अनिवार्य रूप से संभालेंगे।
12. सभी सदस्य सौहार्द पूर्वक मिलकर कार्य करेंगे एवं किसी का भी अपमान नहीं करेंगे।
13. कोई भी सदस्य व्यक्तिगत लाभ के लिए संस्था के किसी भी प्रकार के मंच का उपयोग नहीं करेंगे।
14. संस्था के पदाधिकारियों एवं सदस्यों के पद स्थाई नहीं होंगे।

   • DJSM is a not-for-profit organization registered in Australia with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) since 26-Jan-2018.
   • The aim of DJSM is to work towards the mission mentioned in the Governing Document filed with the ACNC.
   • The governing rules mentioned in the filed document apply to the functioning of DJSM.
   • There are additional Terms and Conditions applicable when engaging with the DJSM community and its Services.
   • These additional Terms and Conditions govern your use of Services made available by DJSM to the community.
   • The Services include but not limited to the following aspects of DJSM: website, email, owned/rented/hired premises, organised events, received donations, social media handles, groups on WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, and any other internet platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

   • Use of DJSM’s Services indicates acknowledgement of having read, understood and agreed to comply with, adherence to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the applicable Australian law and privacy guidelines.

   • DJSM is dedicated to providing its Services to better serve our purposes outlined in its mission statement to ACNC along with facilitating communication, administration of community affairs, the dissemination of important updates, enhancing community engagement, and the improvement of our Services.
