Mahavir Jayanti is one of the most important festivals in Jainism, and it celebrates the birth anniversary of the 24th Tirthankara Mahavir, who played a significant role in preaching Jainism. This day is also known as the Birth Anniversary of Lord Mahavira, the founder of Jainism, and also as Mahavir Janma Kalyanak.
DJSM is pleased to announce the celebrations of “Mahavir Janma Kalyanak Parv”. It is an event to meet and greet and remember Lord Mahavir’s teachings and implement them in your life.
“Live and allow others to live; hurt no one; life is dear to all living beings,” said Lord Mahavira.
